Wireless Zone® has received a Franchise Innovation Award for Most Innovative Franchisee Support!
These awards, sponsored by Franchise Update Media, recognize the franchise brands that are creating and implementing the most original and successful business innovation strategies and tactics in the U.S. They highlight franchise organizations that demonstrate the core values of business innovation to build market share and engage employees and customers for business sustainability; brands that instill the vision, strategy, and execution of innovation throughout their organization.
This award win is because of the creation of our Digital Guide, an interactive program created on Microsoft Power Apps that assists sales associates during their transactions. The rep enters in every aspect of the sale on the Digital Guide: smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, plans associated with the devices, home internet service, and device protection. It automatically creates a full bill analysis from that information, breaking down the exact cost for each element and applying any applicable discounts and promotions.
Since the implementation of the Digital Guide, the overall customer transaction time has been reduced by 8-10 minutes by instantly and accurately calculating their bill, something that was done manually before. Customer satisfaction has also improved, with our Google scores rising to an average of 4.9 across our company. In addition, franchise owners can now put a new hire on the sales floor much quicker, and new reps feel confident quoting customers, even during their first week on the new job.
