Good News | Q3 2023

Our company provides so much more than just your average job. We want our team to feel fulfilled, so we give our employees the resources to give back and support causes they’re personally passionate about at work. Throughout July, August, and September, our employees at Wireless Zone® and TCC have been getting out into their local communities.

MEGA Grant

We are still overflowing with joy and gratitude from the MEGA Grant reveal. Our employee resource groups worked to nominate seven amazing Indianapolis nonprofits to be in the running for a $100,000 MEGA Grant. After hearing their stories and their missions, we knew we couldn’t pick just one winner.

We gifted all seven nonprofits with a $100,000 grant, plus a $60,000 vehicle package to help with each organization’s unique transportation needs. We also granted an additional $580,000 to DREAM Alive to help fund their mentorship programs in Indianapolis Public School (IPS) facilities. In total, we gave away $1.7 million in a single afternoon!

Congratulations to our winners:

Backpack Giveaway Story

The Ephrata, PA, store had a family of five stop by during our Backpack Giveaway that had just come to the U.S. after fleeing Ukraine. They had only been in the country for a week, so these backpacks played a huge role in getting things moving in the right direction. They called some other family members who had also recently arrived in the U.S. to tell them about this giveaway. The Ephrata store was able to bless about 50 Ukrainian kids with backpacks so they could have a fresh start in their new country and show up prepared for their first day of school!
