We know that staying connected is so important, especially during this time when more and more things are becoming virtual because of COVID-19. Wireless Zone® stores are open and here to help you out, and we’ve added new features to keep our guests and employees extra safe!
How You Can Shop at Wireless Zone®
To start, there are so many different ways you can shop! Our stores are open and operating, so you can visit in-store as usual. We will continue to use cleaning practices approved by the EPA and recommended by the CDC to provide a safe environment for our employees and customers. Surfaces and touchpoints are being wiped down throughout the day to clean and sanitize our retail stores, office workspaces, garages and other spaces.
To get you in and out, we now accept Apple and Samsung Pay in-stores for a touchless experience. Curbside service is another brand-new feature available at select locations. (Just call your local WZ store to see if they offer it before visiting!) With this option, you’ll get full service, exactly like you would if you went in-store, all without leaving your car.
Before You Visit Wireless Zone®
If you do choose to shop in-store, there are a few things to know ahead of time. We currently have a 10-person limit inside, including our staff, in order to properly allow social distancing. We also require a mask to be worn at all times in-store that covers both the mouth and nose. During this time, some stores do have limited hours. Please do not visit our stores if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to someone with symptoms. Instead, call our Contact Center to shop at (888) 304-0990. We can help you with all your wireless needs over the phone, including ordering a new device and shipping it directly to your home.
