So, what do you do when it arrives?

Turn on your new device and follow the activation steps.

Did you participate in a trade-in offer?

Your new device will need to be activated before manually processing your trade-in.

Before trading in an Apple device, you must turn off the Find My iPhone feature.

>Go to Settings > click on Your Name at the very top > iCloud > Find My iPhone

From here, click the green slider to turn off. Once selected, you will be prompted to enter your Apple ID and password in the pop-up window. Then, tap “Turn Off” to confirm.

Ready to start your trade? Here's how

Step 1: Sign in to your My Verizon account.
*You MUST be logged into your My Verizon Account to view and claim your trade-in promotion. You can log in on the My Verizon app or at www.verizon.com.

Step 2: Click here to complete your trade and follow these instructions.
