Just by keeping your Verizon standard account in good standing and claiming rewards in the app – it’s that easy! Unfortunately, businesses and prepaid accounts are not eligible for Verizon Up at this time.
Monthly and Bonus Rewards
Monthly Rewards are loaded into the My Verizon app on the 1st of every month, giving you the opportunity to put device dollars toward a new tablet or smartphone, secure super tickets, grab gift cards, or get discounts on products. For Monthly Rewards, you have all month to claim one reward, and on top of that is Bonus Rewards. These you can claim at any time but are subject to change, so claim them fast while they’re available.
Inside the App
The Use Rewards tab in the My Verizon app comes in handy to see what rewards you have claimed and when they will expire to make sure that you use them in time.
