Our focus today is the same as every day: We’re committed to ensuring our customers have access to Verizon’s #1 network. We’ve been working closely with our employees, partners and suppliers to support ongoing business operations and serve our customers’ needs.

We’ve implemented many physical and digital changes to ensure our in-store experience is safe and simple for our customers and employees. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with these changes before visiting one of our locations.

Store priorities
Our stores are open for your important customer needs. There is currently a 10-person limit (including staff) in our stores. Account holders only.

In store pickup is available for online orders – curbside pickup and curbside service are also available in select locations.

Before visiting a store, safety first
Customers are required to wear cloth face coverings that cover both the mouth and nose when visiting our stores.

Customers experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or who have been exposed to someone with symptoms should call our Contact Center to shop at (888) 304-0990. We can help you with all your wireless needs over the phone, including ordering a new device and shipping it directly to your home.

Our customers and our employees’ safety
The safety of our customers and our employees is always our top priority, and under the guidance and direction of the U.S. Government, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization, we’ve implemented best practices, and reduced the number of employees that are scheduled in our locations.

In-Store safety
We’ve made in-store enhancements for your safety; customers are required to wear cloth face coverings that cover both the mouth and nose inside our stores. Sign agreements and authorize your account directly from your own device. Plus, we now offer touchless payment solutions.

We will continue to use cleaning practices approved by the EPA and recommended by the CDC to provide a safe environment for our employees and customers. Surfaces and touchpoints are being wiped down throughout the day to clean and sanitize our retail stores, office workspaces, garages and other spaces. We are following recommendations of the WHO, CDC and other national health authorities, and are continuously monitoring the situation.
